1. Digital services
Jibi is a digital credit used to unlock content in AI择吉. Once a full reading has been unlocked or digital content has begun to be supplied, the credit is generally non-refundable except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise.
2. When a refund may apply
- Duplicate payment for the same purchase.
- Payment succeeded but Jibi did not arrive and cannot be credited.
- A platform fault consumed Jibi incorrectly and the entitlement cannot be restored.
- Any non-waivable refund or withdrawal right required by applicable law.
3. Usually non-refundable
Change of mind, failure to review the service description, a reading already viewed or unlocked, account suspension for breach, promotional Jibi, or dissatisfaction caused by inaccurate input is normally not refundable.
4. How to request help
Email support@aizeji.com within 30 days of the payment or charge with your account email, order or transaction reference, a description of the issue and your preferred resolution. Never send your password or full card number.
5. Review and method
We aim to review complete requests and reply within 7 business days. Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider. Where possible, we may offer to restore or credit the entitlement instead.
6. Account closure
Closing an account does not automatically create a cash refund for unused Jibi. Contact us first if you believe there was a duplicate charge, missing credit or technical error.
